A. The products/service we expect the most growth is our value-added products which include pre-hung doors, trusses, and millwork.

A. No changes in management within the last year within BMC West. We did form a holding company, Building Materials Holding Corporation that required a new President & CEO. That position was filled by one of our outside directors, Robert E. Mellor.

A. As of 3/17/97 we had 223 registered shareholders.
